Dear Kyle,

I want to thank you for working with me through life coaching this past year and a half. What better way to get the healthy support, guidance, accountability and insight into myself as life coaching provides.

When we are overwhelmed in the midst of our life’s journey, one often needs the help of someone outside looking in.  To have had your professional guidance, I was able to communicate what I wanted to achieve in my life and we began tackling goal after goal.  I learned so much about myself.  Like traditional therapies, you were able to help me process current objectives during and after our phone sessions and with what homework you asked of me.  I believe the key component to life coaching was the accountability piece.  I was embarrassed and/or frustrated when I was unable to complete a homework assignment or had to revisit a prior problem but through your insight and encouragement you always got me back on track!

Here I am, a month after our last session and I have not been this happy in years!  Your support was truly a life changing experience.
