You don’t need a boring seminar or keynote speech. Kyle can’t stand boring people, so it’s a win-win situation for everyone. He likes to use humor, questions, interesting quotes and thought provoking questions to keep people awake, interested and learning.

Kyle says that perhaps his best speaking experience was with 10-17 year olds at a summer camp who were going to have a rock concert after he was done. He said that “when they came up and asked for my autograph after a 70 minutes session, that was a home run.” “Keeping their attention over three developmental stages for that length of time and to have them so energized was exciting.”

Kyle has spoken at seminars and done occasional keynotes, primarily for organizations in Colorado. Along with his wife, Karen Lassiter, also a Licensed Professional Counselor, he does day long seminars on depression and other subjects will be developed as needed or requested by clients.

He does high interaction seminars that involve others and he feels that he is a failure if you are not awake and learning something. His opening comment is generally, “This isn’t my seminar, it’s yours, I’m just conducting it. If you don’t walk out with something you can use then I will think the seminar has been a failure.”
